St. Bonaventure Friary & Formation House is situated in a residential area of Nairobi
called Lang'ata, near Karen. At the moment it is a home of 35 students from such countries
as Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Ghana and Poland.
St. Bonaventure Formation House is a religious house of studies and formation for
Conventual Franciscan Friars and holds membership in Tangaza College, a constituent
college of the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. Many of the friars students are
pursuing a 4 year theological program for priesthood in the Roman Catholic Church, others
for philosophical studies at Apostles of Jesus Institute, others are enrolled in different
degree or diploma courses such as Education, Spirituality, or Religious Formation.
